Cats who have come into care of the Branch or our home have sometimes had a rough time before they come to us.

So I thought you might like to read about some of them.

Although our goal is to find homes for the cats who come in under the Cat's Protection umbrella it just isnt always possible for one reason or another. So in those cases we care for them until its time to let them go on their new journey. I find this part of caring for cats very hard and difficult because I am saddened by the fact that these cats never had the opportunity of the kind of life that either they could have had with a different owner or that we give ours. I take comfort from the fact that we could give them something of that life before they pass on; knowing that they were cared for and loved as much as if they were our own.
